This 27-inch Andean Puff™ Poodle is handcrafted in Peru from genuine baby Huacaya alpaca fur, left in its own natural beige, and shaped entirely by a single artisan. She stands on her own, about 27 inches from the floor to the top of her head.
The Feel of Andean Puff™
The beige color isn't something we added. It comes from the fiber's own natural pigment: genuine baby Huacaya alpaca fur in its undyed form, shaped by hand into the poodle's rounded crown, long ears, chest, tail pom and four leg cuffs. The face, legs and tail are finished in a smooth, off-white faux suede, the classic poodle silhouette in two contrasting textures.
Andean Puff™ describes the dense, springy loft of genuine Huacaya alpaca fur shaped into animal designs. Because the alpaca fur is fully natural and undyed, it's naturally lanolin-free. Seams are hand-finished and reinforced, and every piece is personally inspected before shipping by the artisan family who made it. Each poodle is individually handmade, so the fur's tone and the shape of the crown and ears vary slightly from piece to piece.

Spot clean the fur gently using a small amount of foam from a mild, fragrance-free soap, keeping the piece as dry as possible. Never machine wash, submerge or tumble dry. To refresh the fur's loft, fluff it lightly with your fingers. Wipe the faux suede gently with a soft, dry cloth. Display away from direct sunlight and heat.
